From concept to documentation
A project can start with a sketch, dimensions, a description of its function or a supplied sample. We develop part geometry, define how components fit together and prepare documentation for production. We combine CAD design with knowledge of turning, milling, cutting and welding to consider manufacturing methods while creating the model.

We design in Fusion 360
A 3D model lets you view the component from different angles, define its shape and make changes before production. 2D drawings organise the dimensions and finished-part requirements. We agree the model scope, documentation and file deliverables for each order.
What to send for a design quotation
Send a sketch, a photo of a sample or existing documentation. Specify key dimensions, material, intended use and the work required. If the design is intended for production, include quantity and the planned manufacturing method. We confirm the design scope, price and schedule after reviewing the information.
